Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original boxes with all protective seals intact to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our beauty experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
